I bet you didn't know,
That when I first saw you I was afraid to talk to you,
& Now I'm afraid to lose you.
I bet you didn't know that goodbye,
Is one of the hardest things for me to say to you,
And every time I think of you, I smile.
Or sometimes I don't want to go to sleep,
Just because being with you,
Is better than any dream I could ever have.
I bet you don't know you can always brighten my day.
Or how much I laugh when I'm with you.
I bet you don't know that I've never gone a day,
Without thinking of you.
Or that your touch gives me butterflies in my stomach,
And every time I see you my heart misses a beat.
& How it drives me crazy when you look into my eyes.
I bet you didn't know that I would do anything to be with you.
But mostly I bet you didn't know, No one could ever replace you,
There's a place where a part of you, Will forever be a part of me.
