I Can Do It Poem by Ojok Isaac

I Can Do It

I was brawn in my childhood
For I thought anything
Can be done as long as you work hard
They glitter like stars
In the sky.

But that child in me
That brave child vanished
When I got matured I could see
Impossibilities in me
Just because I'm afraid of losing
I lost things I could get.

But that child used to say
I can do it
And he did it
Just because he think
He could do anything
He did it.

That is a very nice poem. A child is not exposed to the challenges of the world and thinks he can do what he wishes. Once he gets matured he realizes the sad reality. Real write. Liked it.
