I Can'T Pretend

I can't pretend to be your friend, when all I do is think of you.
All day long, and through the night, I dream of you, this just ain't right. You see its me, the real me, the guy you refuse to see.
Now I'm drained, always in pain, feeling like I'm going insane.
Its because of you, the real you, the one who can't see who is who...

perfect summation of a feeling i think most have felt in their lifetime..dont you just hate when that happens? i like how you play with the words, its loose, fun, rhythmic but still gets the emotion across.give us more!
