I Can'T Say Poem by Spiritwind Wood

Girl I can't say to you just when
and don't know where we'll end up then
or if this love will ever shine on us again
the way that we wanted it to
but I know that I love you

And I can't say just how
if we can even make it somehow
or say I do with a broken vow
but I know I need you here now

And I can't say what tomorrow will bring
promise you dreams and give you nothing
knowing their are days I can't make the sun shine
or deliver to you a blue sky
as we watch the gray turn to rain

But I know I can give you a little something
and dry your tears you cry
comfort you in your time of pain
and keep your heart here with mine
