Nasty memories in my head,
Scary thoughts in my mind.
Afraid of looking forward,
More afraid of looking behind.
I need help to live my life,
Liven up and just unwind.

Feelings locked up inside me,
I need to get them out,
But all i can do when they appear is be stupid and just shout.

I need a way to handle my past,
However long it takes.
I am running out of ideas fast,
As my mind just aches and aches.
