Sunrise appears on the horizon
as I lay here beside you
I caress you softly with my eyes,
drinking in your beauty
it reaches to the deepest part
of my soul
You are so intoxicating
You take my breath away

I caress you softly with my hands
Your skin feels like the petals
of a rose, the feel of which
takes me to a heightened state
of exhilaration
Your body trembles in ecstasy
as I explore every curve,
every inch of you
you are my love, my life

Never have I known
or will know again
such a love as this
