I Cry Still I Rise Poem by Mihir Modi

I Cry Still I Rise

Since ages women are treated next to goddess.
But, fact is they only face assault and stress!
Since then confidence of women verge of dilute
for their sporting spirit they deserve a grand salute!

from childhood their happiness is at stake,
they often had to share room, clothes or piece of cake. Yet their position is worst than rake.
Since then confidence of women verge of dilute for their sporting spirit they deserve a grand salute!

In any condition if they step out of their house in weaker financial condition,
They are often face a great opposition.
In such case people look upon them by bye eyes of suspicion.
Since then confidence of women verge of dilute for their sporting spirit they deserve a grand salute!

Man have wild look for wife, anonymous or a prostitute, To have sex and keep them under feet is their aptitude,
The trend follows from one end to other of attitude, Since then confidence of women verge of dilute
for their sporting spirit they deserve a grand salute!

They are assaulted, burnt and even beaten.
They should always feed themselves after men whether food is fresh or rotten!
Among friends men always insult them in fun.
Yet all such traumas are easily forgotten,
Since then confidence of women verge of dilute for their sporting spirit they deserve a grand salute!

Finally by observing them we must change our mindset,
we must learn to stay happily by whatever we we get women are thus backbone of our life to whom we must respect.
Women are equal in all field and one must never suspect!

In nutshell, right from east to west or all altitude,
WOMEN INDEED DESERVE A GRAND SALUTE!
