What do you think this poem is about?

I DON'T HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE LIE

I don't have to live with the lie
That somebody told me
Hoping that it would make me
Feel better
And I would smile in return
I feel that I am suffocating
Being around her after she told me
The lie
