I feel empty
what do you mean, you feel empty?
I don't have to tell you my whole story
the valleys I have been through
the oceans I have swam
the mountains I have tried to climb
but I feel empty!
do you understand!

Like a roots of a old tree
that have been taken out
no water can sustain its life
any longer

Have you ever been with no roots
no seed to plant
no life to give
have you?
have you felt that before?
no roots any more

I feel empty.
