Sometime I feel like a river
Calm and peaceful going with the flows of life
Full of beautiful and mysterious things

Using a river as a symbol is great, I have written a poem called the river.
I understand what you are saying in this great work (Report) Reply

Sharp contrast. Using powerful imagery, with this poem- you have captured and vividly portrayed your extreme emotions very well. Quite a picture. Keep writing. Wish you the best. (Report) Reply

I once lived by a river(Spokane) It had many wide rapids where the rainbow flashed in
it's swirls. It's cool pools sparkled clear whete antelope, bear and wild mustangs came
to drink. The mountains rose vertically, were forrested with huge conifers. That was
1959.But that river still runs through my life, as I hope your river always runs in you. (Report) Reply
