I felt traditions were fading away
Today, it is all about
Fast, easy, and gaudy
It destroy customs
It was time to give something back
To ensure the transmission
Of ancient art form
Was handed down
By the old Masters
In its integral form
To be recited at it's best
Royal poetry has always been a mystery
What do the royals read?
No one really knows
Royal poems relate
To their individual art
Culture, and ceremonies
It is formed differently
And recited distinctively
As time changes, traditions also change to suit the change of time. Earlier we were going in bullock cart. Now we are going in jet plane. The destination is the same but the mode of transport is different. Like this traditions may change, but the culture remains the same.
yeah you're right. For me it's the best. Traditions should fade away so that the world may move on!
as the season changes there must be adjustment...but there saying that what we have when we were born let's go to the value of it and must be followed...good write....
Ahmad, now you have left me to puzzle what do Royals read? I would say the master poets but then I am often too idealistic. You are right about tradition, as it is just so important to preserve beautiful customs to bring people together as one. 10 love Karin
