I Hate To Fly Poem by tiyler durden

I Hate To Fly

Rating: 5.0

I hate to fly
And do you know why
You stand in huge line
For three hours
Just to have your bag
Checked in by a retarded old hag.

I hate sitting in the plane
It gives me pain
Next to a person who does
Not speak English
And a little terror kid
Who you wish would play
With the fire exit

a fine flight of fancy delving into the deep mind where terror sulks and laughter exults a wonderful poem

This poem makes me glad i've never flown. Funny, not quite what I was expecting.

the ending gave me a GOOD laugh. i like the poem, but you MIGHT have exaggerated some; what do you think? if i thought you were still ALIVE and on PH, i'd read another of your poems. this one to MyPoemList. bri :)

You are absolutely right here, Tiyler, it's manic waiting and travelling, and one could 'murder' some of those kids, they have no parental control whatsoever. Good write, and so truthful. Love Ernestine XXX
