I Hate Valentine Day Poem by Aileen Figueroa

I Hate Valentine Day

Rating: 4.0

I hate Valentine's Day! ! !
Who invented this
smoochy stuff?

Do you really believe in
little fat pudgy naked angels,
flying around with a towel
wrapped around their waist?

That carries around
with a golden bow,
and bags filled with,
magical arrows that has
red heart shape tips to it?

If I were to see
one of these so
called pudgy Cupid,
I would jump into a
startle panic and run
the opposite direction.

And if he shoots me,
with one of those
magical arrows,
I would chase him
all around the world
and pester him.
In till he takes back
his foolish dumb
arrow.
