I heard the piper's music,
telling me to sing a song.
Blowing his pipe with a sad tune,
he walked away on the path along.
'Which song I'll sing O piper tell, '- - -
I called him though he paid no heed.
Following him I found no man,
Wasn't he a man or ghost indeed?
The rainbow grabbed seven colors,
I shouted, 'Piper where you are? '
No answer came, returned then I,
still heard that music wide and far.
