I know the feeling
Of being turned away
The door slammed shut in your face
Leaving you in the cold hard rain
I know the feeling
Of being torn up inside
But looking perfect and happy
Just to make them think you're fine
I know the feeling
Of loving someone
Only to have them stab you in the back
Wearing a gloating smile
I know the feeling
Of lying on the ground
Watching the world fly by
And no one gives you a second glance
I know the feeling
Of pain so hard
You think you're in Hell
But then someone says 'Get up, you're fine, go live your life, '
And you can't
Because it hurts too much
