As the whole world lays,
And sleeps in their bed.
I'll stay up in the night,
With sweet visions in my head.

I think about love.
And what it'd be llike,
To be alone in the world,
Without you in my life.

You don't know how I feel,
When you hold me close to you.
And suddenly I know,
That love could be true.

When nightmares are real,
And life is amiss,
You set it all straight,
With one sweet, tender kiss.

And when I lay down at night,
With nothing to do,
I close my eyes with a smile,
Cause I know I'll dream of you.
