I Lost My Bestfriend Today Poem by Donna Molicha Rosado

I lost my bestfriend today!
It seems like everything I do makes them go away!
Every morning i wake up & i say to myself... 'Who's there to talk to, what am i to do, I'm lost without him.'
I guess that's because I'm still in love with him.
There's no medicine or pill that can ease the pain!
I'll just have to find a way to cope day by day.
The thought of him finding someone else keeps circling my mind.
Leona Lewis said it'll all get better in time, but it won't this time.
God don't let it be true! Don't let someone else come & take my guy!
It will take to much from me to have to search for another & to him i can't just leave & say goodbye!
He's my motivation, my strength, & my comfort.
He always find a way to heal me when I'm hurt!
After all that we've been through i know i won't be ok because the fact of the matter is I lost my bestfriend today!
