I Lost The Moon - Poem by Autumn Winds

I lost the moon

While counting stars

We were only

A fingers' length apart

I left you for a day

No more

Yet you still walked out the door

I lost you because I looked too far

I lost because I was counting stars

Maybe you were looking for the source of light not merely a reflection.
Search on, be grim and happiness will be yours in the end. (Report) Reply
