I Love You Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

I Love You

The trees of life out my window
Withering souls live in violation
I borrow from the endless sky
Violet constellations
Redshift kisses

You are rest
You are suffering like a saint

She smiles with intelligence of angels
Virtue prolongs pleasure
By the sea we renew our covenant
Open your ears to the moon
Hear the night sing like a chorus

I no longer lust you
I love you!
