I Love You Poem by Brett Nave

I Love You

If you were to leave me right now right here
I think I might just disappear
When I first saw you I fell in love
I swear I saw a beautiful dove

I love your black hair
I don’t think anything can compare
You have beautiful eyes
Anyone would be in for a big surprise
I love you so much
Your skin has a soft touch

I’m always here by your side
If I’m not then I guess I must have died
When we’re together
We can control the weather
I can honestly say without you
There’ll be a funeral to attend to

Some days I want to die
But I don’t want to see you cry
If you’re not crying
Then I’m still here trying
I hope you see that I love you
But sometimes that’s hard to get through
You have possetion of my heart
So I can trust you not to take it apart
I hope you like this
And it is you that I miss
I love you
And that is true
