I Loved A Feminist Poem by Mpho Nkadimeng

I Loved A Feminist

Rating: 5.0

I loved a feminist
Not once for her constitutional ideas
That flake the trend of feminism
Not once for her female structure
That embodies the misconceptions of indifference in love and lust
I loved a feminist
Not once did she split brains
Provoking dominance to attain respect
She deflated her standard of superiority for her soul
Not to be reckoned as inferior
no she was not
But a female who acknowledged the respect given for her feminity
The pleasant admiration stripping me as I love her ways of being
I loved her as a female who bribed time with moments of her presence
And give law to nature cause she is the matter in its existance
I loved her but I forgot to understand that she was a woman
Demanding respect from me as a man
And that gave birth to ideas of feminism as a trend.

Aloha Mpho... Bravo my friend... for exposing to the all of US... the definitive of what a trend is... truly and hopefully as always... short lived and soon forgotten... as most isms should be... all of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two

'The pleasant admiration stripping me as I love her ways of being I loved her as a female who bribed time with moments of her presence And give law to nature cause she is the matter in its existance' so many fine lines and sentiments in this poem, loved the adventure in emotive philosophical thought reading the lines 10+++
