I'm A Pleaser
I've been a Pleaser all my life
I feel genuine contentment
in seeing a person's happy face
finding satisfaction when I help
knowing that it is how everyone
and all humans should behave
in this unkind and cruel world..
Believing if I light other's path,
it brightens my way as well..
It is a mistake to think only
of one's sake and happiness
it is only through helping,
showing kindness to others
sharing compassionate heart
will one enjoy and assure
life of contentment and joy
in this present life and beyond..
Believing if I light other's path, it brightens my way as well.... // This kind of attitude could transform the world- Think about other before self. There will be peace within and in the world outside.
