I'm Done Poem by Hannah Torres

I'm Done

I'm done.
I'm done with your random text messages trying to see how I am doing.
I'm done with you thinking it's ok to leave and show up whenever.
I'm done with you looking to see what you can get out of me.
I'm no longer your personal prostitute that you use whenever.
I'm no longer your I'm so sorry girl to make you feel better.
I'm no longer your so called friend you use.
I refuse to be any of this any longer.
You took advantage of me for far to long.
Expecting me to be here for you all day long.
I will not any longer.
What you don't understand is that I am me.
I'm not something you use.
I'm not something you take.
I'm not something you abuse.
I'm me.
You can't respect that and you don't want that.
I am me in every sense of the word.
From now on I am free.
