I'M Gonna Miss You Poem by Angel Jordan

I'M Gonna Miss You

I might miss you,
and I might cry...
If only you knew,
the smile I lie.

Belligerant at worst,
and resigned at best.
I'll say it first;
you knew my quest.

My safe haven;
peace in the chaos.
Eager intellagence craven,
I'm mourning this loss.

I'm asking don't leave,
but I know it's not right.
Tumulting the grief,
honoring your plight.

I'll keep with you my prayers,
and, of course, all my concern.
Repenting my cares;
the knowledge I yearn.

Start anew with a lovely life...
and a brand new home....
Blatant and blithe...
Freedom you roam....

I'm gonna miss you,
Yes, Ill bawl.
I'm not ashamed, it's true....
Walk in there proud and tall!

You are searching,
seeking what's what's yet to be found.
You're presence can be urking,
but I know you're heart is abound.

As you take that step,
remember my plea.
Hold your heart well-kept,
and don't forget me....
