Outside on the deck
Looking into the sky at the stars
Its dark and chilly out

I'm looking for a shooting star
To wish upon tonight
Trying to find a way to rid this pain

If only a shooting star would pass, my way
I would be able to wish upon it tonight
And wish all this pain away

This pain is bringing me down
Feels like the pain is a load on my back
Ready to move on without pain and move on with life

Ready to wish upon a star and wish all this away
Wish all the pain away
Because I'm tired of it all
