I'm trying to figure out just what to do
Cause I'm trying to get over you
And its harder than I could have imagine
But I've got to move on somehow
I'm trying my best to fight these thoughts of you
Trying my best to fight these feelings for you
Cause I don't want them anymore

Tonight I've got to start all over
But first I've got to find a way to get you out of my heart
You meant so much to me that my heart locked your name inside of me
I've got to figure out just what to do cause everywhere I look something reminds me of you
All those talks we had you were the one who made me laugh
After everything that I went through
I thought you were the best thing for me
But now I see what a jerk you are
How come did you change so much through the years
I miss the old you so badly but I know you won't ever change back
So I'm trying to find a way to rid you out of my life forever and ever
No more tears will fall for you
No more will I smile when I hear your name
I'm trying to move on
Oh why is it so hard to move forward with my life
I'm trying so hard but I'm not getting anywhere at all
Only if I had the better sense not to talk to you in the first place
Maybe I wouldn't be stuck here trying to get you out of my life
But I can't change the past I gotta quit living in the past and move on
Cause I know you won't ever change
But that's okay my dear
I'm trying to move on and it make take some time
And I swear one day you will be forever gone out of my life
