I Miss The Love We Had Poem by Charlotte Ballard

I Miss The Love We Had

I miss the love we had-
Twisted sheets in the middle
Of both of us
Twined limbs until I forgot
Which part was
Me and which was
You. We hurried to reach
An understanding
Finish, and to
Let the nightbird
Steal our song.
