I Miss You Isn'T Enough (...Gone.) Poem by Jack Sacchi

I Miss You Isn'T Enough (...Gone.)

At night I think about it
Nightmarish things
The thought of you with anyone else but me
My phantom boy
The one who's wrong, odd, the 3
Scenarios of you alone with him
His hands all over you, inside you
Do you sweat for him?
Do you let him win?
Does he pressure you for it
And do you give in?
I hope it hurts
I hope you regret everything
Regret leaving me
I could be everything he is not
If you only told me what was wrong
Open up, let me in
Though not the way you think
No, I'm nothing like him

I hope you know that secretly
I hope you'll come back to me
Where does he take you that I would not?
What does he say that
Couldn't possibly have come from me?
And it kills me to think that
I'm the odd 1
I want to be there with you
But, for your sake, I hope that you're alone
