I Pray That You Are Safe And Warm
Your voice so close, yet so far away
Floods my mind of thoughts of you
I can picture you on the other end of the phone
If I close my eyes
I can smell your hair
And I can feel your gentle touch
I can feel your warmth
As I hold you close to me
Hearing the beating of your heart
In nights silence
I can imagine all that you have to offer
But would give all my thoughts up
Just to have you with me for a moment
