I Refuse Poem by Regan Mackenzie

I refuse to end up another bitter woman mad at men
But men
You make it so easy
I mean you just do the same damn things
Over and over again
And its a shame that by the time you learn your lesson
I resent you far too much
And so we argue all the time
See the time you decide to be true
Well
By that time Im so sick of you
And its too late to make it work
And after all that time and all that energy I spent on you
Another gets you and gets to enjoy the better man
See I refuse to end up another bitter woman mad at men
But its taking everything I am
