I remember the day I saw them
They was amazing
It was green
And green as the greenest grass
And had the warmth off a bright summers day

I remember the day I saw your eyes
They was hazel
It was like the sweetest honey
And it was as lovely as the most beautiful butterfly

I remember the day I saw your eyes
They was brown
And as the finest chocolate
And was calm as a spring breeze

I remember the day I saw your eyes
I have never seen anything as beautiful
They was truly as sweet as the finest grains off sugar
They was like fresh roses
And as welcoming as someone’s open arms
