I Saw A Beautiful Woman - Poem by Jim Davidson

Age of Ages teaches our hearts
That flesh is fleeting
And beauty divine and immortal.

I saw a beautiful woman today
Her flesh didn't ring of
Fragrance and adornment.
It was her Spirit that touched me
Caring and Compassionate.

Life walks upon our senses
Tramples our souls
But some stand out
Who adorn mankind
With beauty
Which transcends our frivolous way.
