I Saw Tomorrow Poem by Patricia Nora Dicus

I Saw Tomorrow

Rating: 5.0

I saw tomorrow,
What a wonderful place.
No pain, no suffering,
You'll love every race!
No winter, no storms,
No dying you see!
Where everyone's happy,
And everyone's free!
There are no taxes,
No money is used.
No lawyers, no teachers,
And no one's abused!
Wherever you go,
You'll find you are home.
Where everyone's loved,
And no one's alone!
No cashiers, no cooks,
No mean dirty looks.
One thing, you'll see.
Is all kinds of books!
Where everyone knows,
How to read, at a glance.
We know how to work,
We know how to dance.
You'll alway's have,
Plenty to eat.
You wish, and it's there,
Right at your feet.
Wish for a plane,
And you'll have that too!
Anything you wish for,
It will come true!
Now, I'm back, you see,
In my hospital bed,
For a moment, I was dead.
Now there's no more sorrow,
Lord, I just saw tomorrow!
