I Sit Here And Cry Poem by Brad Purvis

I Sit Here And Cry

I sit here and cry
Wondering how she sees it through her eyes
I can’t see how she can do it
To see through all the lies.

I just want to hold her
To tell her I love her
But he is there
Laughing at me
Defeating me fair and square.

I wish for us to be together
To hold hands and walk together
To sit down and eat together
To be their for each other
I love you for always, forever and ever.

You have made your decision
I will just have to walk away
But remember what I told you
That I said
I love you for always, forever and ever.
