I Thank Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

I thank poem hunter
For providing safe passage to hungry mongers
To occupy positing in ranking
And then staking the claim

Artificial voting pattern is in force
Much use outside source
They depend on proxy voting
That is how ranking lit is floating

There is mad rush
That makes one another to push
It reminds me of one of he site
That had selfish interest to ignite

He wanted limited poets
Who could say yes quietly?
He was foolish and arrogant
We find same here at present

“You vote for me and I vote for you”
Real poets die slowly and this is true
Hardly with few poems is poet knocking top list
But they are lost too in crowds mind

I remember one lady poet
Who fought her way for number one!
One of the members gave berth for slot
The attention is never caught easily
