I Walk Alone Poem by Mal Sharp

I Walk Alone

With no destination in mind,
I walk alone with my thoughts.
I like taking time to remind,
Questioning all that I've been taught.

Taking everyone at their words,
Without asking how they are sure.
Seems to me a little absurd,
To know it all is premature.

So that is why I walk alone,
To find myself, to not conform.
The beauty to my eyes be shown,
I can discover my own norm.
