I Want Him (The One)

I want him to save me
But how can he when he doesn't know I'm broken
I want him to know how I feel about him
But I just can't get the words out when I get the chance

I wish I could say what is on my mind
But I just can't tell him what I need to
Every chance I get I can't find the right words
The right words to express myself to him

I want him to know that I can't sleep or eat
Cause he is on my mind
And I think I want him to save me
But I'm just not sure

Not sure if I need him for protection
But I swear that his name is tattooed on my heart
It never leaves my mind
So it must mean something

But what does it mean
Is this just a way to make me feel whole
To make me feel wanted and loved
But I really feel like he is the one

The one I really like to have
The one who could save me
He is the one I daydream about
The one I think about all the time

Yea! That's love, sure enough.

A note about your writing. I've just read these two pieces.
But, you write like you talk. People don't speak poetically
under normal circumstances. They use the words they
need and that's all. You really need to do more than that.
That's what you have to do, in order to give it a poetic quality.
