I Want Them To Taste



golden fruits emerge
from falling leaves
teasing my taste buds
to water down slowly
reach for one to touch
feeling sweets vibration

softly I stroke shiny skin
I hesitate to take by force
let it stay for another day
so my neighbors will enjoy
I share some on Christmas
for they deserve beauty within
