I Wept For Your Loss Poem by Hebert Logerie

I Wept For Your Loss

Rating: 5.0

I wept for the loss of your love, my friend.
I cried for the lust, that’s why I am happy
To offer you a brotherly helping hand.
This is very sad, this is eerily crazy
The way she walked out on you.
What a pity, she couldn’t be true
And sincere with you. This is shameful,
The erring bee is in the arms of another man.
Be strong, poetic, diplomatic and forgetful.
The world is strange and drowning with sins.
Our lives are constantly changing, what remains
Is the heartache, the headache and a tearing spleen.
I know that the pain and suffering are unbearable,
That’s why I am offering you a potent friendly hand.
I understand that she was pretty and huggable,
Now, I pray God gives you strength my friend.
Another season is racing around the corner,
You must move on, sing a new song, and have new dreams.
Take a deep breath, get a glass of wine, and let the steams
Evaporate through the chimney, and inhale fresher air.
I cried for the lust that you had for this dreadful woman.
Be courageous, she is now the problem of another man.
