I Will Always Love You, Pinky Promise Poem by Petra Soliman

I Will Always Love You, Pinky Promise

A month passed me by
since we last said our cruel bye's
The threat within the farewell
I couldn't wait for you to be gone

A month later
My eyes filled with tears
My heart with so much agony
Oh love, my man,
How could we let our mountains down

A month later
My love for you is waking up
Your cold words put it to sleep
Now the warmth of memories has awaken it up

Took us so long to build everything we had,
It all gone within 48 hours..

I miss your voice every night before i fall asleep,
I miss your name showing up on my phone,
I miss your eyes showing me how much you'd miss me,
I miss everything we had..

Do you remember
I'd lock you in my arms
Kiss you
While we both laugh

Do you remember
Driving down town in your car
Holding hands
Leaving a kiss mark on your hand

Do you remember
Our kodak moments
Most sacred passion for each other

My darling does it ever cross your mind anytime?
Do you ever feel reaching for my hand when you wake up?

Do you remember
How it felt
Every time we touched
We kissed,
We held each other so tight

As i type down these words,
My tear drops fill an empty glass,

What can I do to turn back time and let you know,
How grateful I am to have you..

I love you so much,
I really love you,
I do.

I will always love you, pinky promise.
