I wish i could pretend it didnt matter,
i wish i could go on with my life,
i wish things didnt seem so complicated,
i wish our time together was longer,
i wish i never had to say goodbye,
i wish my heart wasnt aching,
i wish my tears would stop falling,
i wish would would stop looking at me,
i wish my smile would come back,
i wish we could go back to being one,
i wish none of this ever happened,
i wish everything would become 'right' again,
but above all i wish you never left me.
