I wish I could be a cloud
So that I could roam the earth
And could roar aloud

I wish I could be a drop of rain
Would love to slide down
Upon hills, ridges and plains

I wish I could be a drop of dew
Would take whole earth in me
And make a majestic view

I wish I could be a spring
Dancing down the vales and dales
A lilting tune I could sing

I wish I could be a flower
Would love to swing in wind
And spread fragrance all the hour
