I Wonder How Things Came To Be Poem by carol vega

I Wonder How Things Came To Be

Sometimes I wonder how things came to be.
Between you and me.

We started playing around.
Until one day we got down.
As crazy as things sound,
we broke our bound.
We did things that were confound.

We secretly play with others peoples soul.
We were out of control.
We brung shame, no extol.

Next thing I know we were attached.
It was hard to dispatched.
By all mean, this love had to be detached.

We kept coming back.
I guess we lack, slack,
in maintaining discipline.

We kept coming back for more.
We kept forgetting the people who we adored.
Our love is hard to ignore.

Now Im pregnant by you.
Im near to be due.
What can I do.
If my husband finds the truth.
For now he don't have a clue.

Again sometimes I wonder how things came to be.
All I can think, our baby is something we will keep,
let her be, as we agree.
