Icy Reflections
Arctic melodies orchestrating
Stunning, unique crystal dancers
Across a shimmering blue stage
Tall applauding evergreen shadows
Offer the fallen ones rest
Alongside dreaming cardinals
Alone in gleaming candlelight
Peering into reflections of yesterday
Through frosted window panes
Comforted by fuzzy slippers,
Steaming spiced chamomile tea
And new beginnings; am I
