Identity Crisis Poem by Dee Daffodil

Identity Crisis

Rating: 4.4

To the P.H management....

I've been suffering
A loss of identity lately
I'm sure that you can see
That the person I once was
Is not currently who I be...

I've been feeling slightly odd lately
And I wish that I could say
That I'll be over it quite quickly
But I think I've lost my way...

My bearings are all boggled
And I've gotten all mixed up
Am I really upside down...
Or is it actually downside up? ?

I have no wish to offend thee
But surely you can see
If you give me back my maple leaf
I'll be as happy as can be! !

Dee, Your maple leaf is always there, and that's the beauty of the tree, and that P.H. has NOT a thing to do with that, (taking your lead) , your soul is all it be! B.V.A.

I didn't get it but I got it and I'm glad it came my way, This is truly a fine piece even if written on a dime. Be Well.

Hi Dee I noticed that, At first I thought there was someone new on ph using your name, I am not sure how a person recieves their flag, It was like one day it started, I asked Doc, He did not know.Though this is a very crafty write, Good to hear from you, , Howard

Whoops! I tell a lie. It's not. Silly me. They've given you the stars and stripes instead! And the maple leaf is soooooooooooooooooo pretty too. It's still a cool poem. love, Allie xxxx

Dear Dee, I've just checked - it's back. What a delightful ditty though. I do believe your loss might have been worth it - to produce such a masterpiece. Very clever poem. love, Allie xxxx
