If Poem by Kathrine Philip

If

Rating: 5.0

If I was God
I'll take you to my paradise
If I was a flower
I'd bloom for you at every sunrise
If I was the moon
I'd glow your path and make it bright
If I was water
I'd quench your thirst and bathe you right
If I was the sun
I'd keep you warm and make you shine
If I was a poet
I'd write you lines that makes you rhyme
If I was teddy
I'd bear your nights and hold you tight
If I was a demon
I'd take your soul and make you my angel
If I was a king
I'd give you my kingdom and make you my queen.
But... Since I am me, and only me, I can only give
you my loving heart, admire you at all times and hope you were mine.
