If I Cried Poem by black rose

If I Cried

If i cried you wouldn't be there
like you always are for her
no matter how many times i tell you
you'll never know how much it hurts

I watch the way she makes you smile
and i see everytime she makes you laugh
she is your bright future
im just your burned out past

At night i look up at the stars
i try to count them 1 by 1
you're my shooting star
in my life you stand next to none

The pain of someone moving on and leaving you behind can be so strong, you illustrate it well with your poem.
