'If I Should Die Tomorrow' Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

'If I Should Die Tomorrow'

Rating: 4.8

If I should die tomorrow,
Regrets? I’d have a few,
Of what I’d yet to live for,
And what I’ve yet to do.

But, if my Life be ended,
If it was HIS Will for me,
At least I’d left a Legacy
To the World ~~ My Poetry.

As long as there’s an Internet,
With Computers for you all,
My Poetry will live after me,
Where? ~~ on poemhunter.com it be.

For there I have an E-Book,
Amongst the greatest poets it is,
With Shakespeare, Byron and others,
If you look, then you will find it.

So, if I should die tomorrow,
But I hope I do not go,
For I have more poems yet to write,
And when my time is up, only HE does know.

Nice work Jonathan. Let's hope 'tomorrow' is a long way off for such a talented writer with more to express and share. thanks. L
