You sit there each day feeling worse about yourself,
Putting yourself down to the ground.
You let your bipolar effect you, thats fine.
But letting yourself be like this is not.

All you do is stress yourself.
You have threatened to cut, and suicide.
But i wouldnt let you...

If only you knew how much your worth.
If only you could see how much life has to offer.
Through your eyes you see a sad lonley future,
Through mine i can see you, happy.

You will not be alone forever my dear friend.
Dont let yourself thing such of a sort.
I am not much, but i can help you.
