If Luck Ends Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

If Luck Ends

We all are powerless
And poor on face
The earth is open
To absorb you even

Be a powerful king
And enjoy he kingdom
With queen at window
But how far will you go?

You will be buried deep under
When suddenly taken over
By death god to punish
With life to finish

So realize the importance
Of life's chance
It is once in life time
That too you shall be picked before time

Lucky if you can stay long
Even if you are scoundrel and wrong
You will get reprieve
To understand the life and believe

Everything is for eyes to see
Like fruits in abundance on tree
You can have few
If luck finds it due
